I’m Kristin, a college girl, who loves to bake. Here, I post my favorite baked recipes.

WHERE I’M GOING

As a younger child, around seven, I would always try to come up with different recipes and call them “Concoctions”…so much so that I even wanted my own bakery called “Kristin’s Concoctions”! I created this blog as a way to begin living that dream. Currently, at (almost) 20 years old, I aspire to be a criminal prosecutor with a bakery, debuting this summer at my local farmer’s market. And for sure, the name of the bakery will be changed!

BLOG

In 2020, I was vegan and baked exclusively plant-based desserts. Now, in 2026, I am no longer vegan and bake decadent brown butter desserts. On this blog, I invite you to enjoy the things I enjoy making most. Nonetheless, my old, plant-based recipes are still up!
